Is it just me or do articles dissappear very quickly on this group. or has no one anything to add.

Just heard about an 8 that broke an altitude record.

Is everone too busy out ballooning to be on the computer. That is not the problem here as the weather is not good.

I've wondered about this group myself. Re your query about quick releases, I have used Capewells and I agree that they are dangerous because of the metal piece flying back when released. I have also used the three ring circus types . The one which I use and have used on many different types of balloons is the Bonnano (sold by Cameron) I find that it is strong, simple and safe.

I am here and try to wade through these articles every now and then, but do not see many worth answering. We are in Tennessee and the weather is still pretty good here.
