In the mid 1960s, during the month of April, there was a hot-air balloon flight from Albuquerque to Socorro.

Assuming all parameters were average - the balloon size, speed, wind conditions, etc. - how long might that flight approximately have taken?

If going back 30 years makes this difficult, it would still be helpful to know the current approx. flight time using a modern balloon.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Best wishes,

James Easton.

My AAA map says it's 78 miles. I know that doesn't answer all your questions, but hope this helps a little.
