Aviation study - Need your help please !

A couple of months ago already posted this question. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my study and the responses of those of you who had kindly responded to my inquiry got lost after my PC crashed in the meantime.

Therefore here again:

I am (finally) conducting my study on the different activity fields of aviation related clubs, schools, associations, federations, etc. in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries.

In order to get in contact with a huge number of clubs, schools, etc.. I would like to kindly ask you once again if anybody could perhaps provide me with URLs or email-addresses or addresses of :

- aero clubs (all kinds) - umbrella organizations - federations / asociations

I am especially interested in the roof or umbrella organzations of the different disciplines and countries.
