Hi,

could anybody tell me how and where I could get information about a balloon license in Germany or Europe?

Hi,

In Belgium you have to do exams (theory and practical) for the I.C.A.O., that is a governement-organisations. If you want more info on how to get that license in Germany ,I think it is better to contact a balloon-team in your neigbourhood. You'll have follow courses (theory and practical) and after that you'll have to pass a few exams. It's hard, but once you have your license, it's like a dream come true.
