Can any one suggest books/papers/references on the engineering design of balloons or the physics of balloons? Something that would talk about pressure height, buoyancy, balloon materials, atmospheric conditions, etc. I already know something about these concepts, being an engineer. One can find similar books on aircraft, but such books about ballooning seem scarce.

For airships Get: 'Airship Design' by Balemore, Watters, and Pogon. Also, 'Airship Design' by C.P. Burges. As I understand it these were written in the '30s but say all there is to say!
