Hello, some one know the density of hot air ?, and what material i must use to build mini hot air ballon envelop.

i need also the dimensions of envelop to carry 2,5 kg

The standard day density of air at sea level is 1.226 kg/m^3. This is a fairly good estimate of o in the above equation. Also, as a general rule, hot air balloons get about 20 lbs (9 kg) of lift per 1000 cu ft (28 cu meters).

A good material for an envelope is balloon fabric, ripstop nylon or polyester.
