They actually require balloons to be conspicuous! After we tried so hard to make them have low radar cross sections. And now they outlaw stealth balloons. I wonder how many trasparent envelopes are going to appear on Ebay.

Phew, that was a near thing! My balloon was extremely stealthy for the last couple of years. But this weekend I finally got my new envelope and it's stealthy no more!
