If anyone has information concerning the Balloon Section, Signal Corps, Aviation Section, World War I, I would surely appreciate the input. I am trying to follow the career of Col. (then Major) Arthur Boettcher, who was Commanding Officer of the 3rd Balloon Squadron and Wing Commander of several Aero squadrons. S. L. Johnson
