Hi! I am interested in spending my summer vacation adding an LTA-Balloon rating to my pilot's license. I have identified two Part 141 schools, Adventure Flights and Balloon Excelsior. Given the expense and distance from home I would be grateful for any comments anyone may have as to either of these skills or another recommended instructor that I haven't come across. I trained through Balloon Excelsior, and am very happy I did. I also bought my balloon through them, and continue to fly with them and other local graduates. Both Brent and Gloria are excellent instructors.
