To All Balloonist, Was wondering if anyone knows of a place where I can purchase scrap fabric. I would not be interested in used. I am a kitebuilder and the fabric is ok for windsocks. I don't use this type of material for kites, too heavy. I think what I need is a few contacts with balloon manufactures in the United States, (due to shipping cost). I used to get fabric from a place in Sioux Falls SD. Any help would be great!! Thankyou, Mike Wings On Strings Kite Club

Have you tried going to a fabric store and just asking for ripstop nylon? Much cheaper than balloon fabric.
